Is every application approved?
No. We review each profile and move forward with those who fit BECCA's standards. We reply to every application.
How long does the review take?
Up to 5 business days. You get an email as soon as you apply and another one with our answer.
What do you look at in an application?
The agency's reputation, track record, markets, pre-construction experience and professional presence on its website and social media.
Can independent agents apply?
Yes, with a proven track record and client base. We give priority to agencies and brokers with a team and presence in their markets.
Do I need to be in the Dominican Republic?
No. We work with partners in the U.S., Canada, Spain and Latin America, in English or Spanish.
How is the agreement defined?
With each approved agency: the working arrangement (exclusive, co-broking or open) and the commission are agreed in writing.
