In 1970, Wayne Fuller left New York without imagining that his trip to the Dominican Republic would lead him to found a new destination. Sailing the Caribbean with his friend, designer Oscar de la Renta, he found an untouched corner that captivated him completely.
Convinced of its potential, he acquired 7 million square meters of land from Doña Eladio and gave rise to Dominicus, a name he chose himself.
More than an entrepreneur, he was a visionary who balanced development and authenticity, keeping the essence of the place intact.
His legacy lives on. The Don Dom honors that story and opens the next chapter of Dominicus: a destination for those who, like Fuller, seek more than a place.

Yes. The residences are designed to live in or rent out, and the Flex Dual-Key lets you rent two units separately. Estimated returns, subject to rates and occupancy. Rental income is not guaranteed.
