How much does a condo cost in Dominicus in 2026?
At The Don Dom, the new development in Dominicus, residences start at USD 130,000 and can be reserved with USD 3,000. Each unit's price depends on three things: the unit type (from 487 to 2,539 sq ft), the floor and the view. This guide explains how the price is built, what it includes and how you pay.
What is the starting price in Dominicus?
At La Isla, the first phase of The Don Dom, prices start at USD 130,000. The full unit-by-unit price list is shared privately, because it changes as units sell.
Elsewhere in Dominicus, prices vary widely with the age of the building, the distance to the beach and what comes with the unit. That's why it pays to compare the price together with what's included and the delivery date.
Which unit types are there, and how big are they?

Why can two units of the same size cost differently?
Because square footage is only the starting point. At La Isla, three things matter:
- The floor. Higher floors gain views and privacy.
- The view. Units facing the 10,000 m² private lagoon are the most sought after.
- Scarcity. There are only 16 Island Houses with direct water access, and no more will be built in this phase.
What does the price include?
Residences are delivered equipped: appliances, air conditioning, smart locks, designer lighting and a golf cart. With the Designed in full option they also come furnished, designed by Cuarto Interior, the Madrid studio behind the interiors.
Floor areas and equipment are illustrative and may change: the ones in each unit's contract are binding.
How do you pay for a pre-construction condo?
In three stages: a USD 3,000 reservation that locks the unit and the price, installments during construction, and the balance on delivery. Buying pre-construction lets you enter at first-phase pricing and pay as the work progresses, which you can follow on a 24/7 live camera.
